Meet Naveen Kandhol — Master Mixologist & Beverage Innovator

Welcome to my world of craft cocktails, innovation, and hospitality. I’m Naveen Kandhol, a passionate mixologist with over a decade of hands-on experience behind some of the most exciting bars in India and the United States.

What started as a fascination with hospitality during my time at IHM Jodhpur has transformed into a career defined by creativity, precision, and the art of making memorable drinks. I’ve had the privilege of working with industry giants like Courtyard by Marriott, Le Meridien, The Fatty Bao, and Townhall Gurugram, and am currently leading beverage innovation at Sanjh and Nirvana in Dallas, USA.

My journey includes working alongside renowned names like Luca Cinalli and Gabriele Manfredi, being a national finalist in multiple cocktail championships, and curating signature menus for brands like Camikara Rum and Indri Indian Single Malt. Whether it’s ice carving, mentoring aspiring bartenders, or R&D for next-gen cocktail menus, I approach every role with the same goal — creating exceptional guest experiences through liquid storytelling.

From Delhi’s electric bar scene to the vibrant cocktail culture of Dallas, I bring bold flavors, global inspiration, and deep-rooted hospitality values to every glass I pour.
